mics 7.0 with PRI
system was working fine till customer switched carriers last week. when a call is forwarded to an external number,Per TW It is outpulsing the number of the original caller not the OLI of the set or the billing number when oli is set to none. this makes the carrier think a number that is not owned buy the customer is placing the call and drops the call thinking its possible toll fraud.
Per TW this is due to new federal laws and cannot be bypassed. is their a way to make the norstar pulse the oli of the number called or the billing number out instead of the original callers info on a call forward or line redirection.
