System: G3R ver 7 software.
Management wants to limit/monitor the duration of phone calls. I'm already pulling the CDR and turning it over to them but they want a system where any call over a certain time limit gives the caller a voice prompt telling them the call is exceeding the prescribed limit and will be terminated. Any suggestions?
