Call Duration Monitoring Software....

System: G3R ver 7 software.

Management wants to limit/monitor the duration of phone calls. I'm already pulling the CDR and turning it over to them but they want a system where any call over a certain time limit gives the caller a voice prompt telling them the call is exceeding the prescribed limit and will be terminated. Any suggestions?
 
My call accounting system (eCAS by Veramark), will send an e-mail alert if calls go over a certain threshold or if a certain number was dialed. For example, I have an e-mail sent directly to HR if 911 is dialed. I have an e-mail alert sent to me if a call goes over 45 minutes. If the e-mail goes out automatically to the supervisor, maybe the supervisor can give the audible alert themselves --this could be very effective!
