Call Center Skill Set Service Mode Problem 1

Whenever I activate my Skillset it says it's in day mode even though I'm outside of my non-business hours. I have my day mode set to 09:00 and my night mode set to 19:00. Whenever the current time is past my night mode I still get the message saying it's in day mode after I enable the skillset? Is there something wrong with my time on my MICS 6.1 or the CP150?????????
 
Wish I was in front of a system to "for sure" tell you, but I think you have to check the Operator Status. Remember, if you use 2 CP's, use the second set of feature codes for op status (f992, I think).
 
I figured it out. It was in fact in the operator settings. I had to change my mode 1 setting to "auto" once I did it worked per my service mode settings in the skillset. Thanks.
 
No not using reporting yet but I'm sure they will after they are framiliar with using the call center.
 
Guess what. Customer wants reporting for call center installed. Have you ever installed this software?
 
Yes I have & it was a "bear" to install. First, you "MUST" have the lastest client/server Reporting for Call Center software. Next, once its installed, make sure your Sequal Server is running. I found this out because my IT guy said the sqlagent$nn_ccrs file was set to manual in services. Once I started it up, I was able to pull info using Call Center Connection. I'm using Win XP w/SP2. I am going to take a freshly installed pc with XP & sp2 and install all the programs that is necessary to do the reporting. Once I do that and it works, I will post it here.
 
If my customer has CP150 with only basic call center do you need to purchase the call center reporting keycode to activate reporting?

 
I'm being told the keycode is additional by my vendor. I checked with 2 of them and they both say that CP150 comes with basic call center only no reporting capability other than for voice mail boxes. Keycode must be purchased to activate the call center reporting feature. Cost of around 1k.
 
Yep, your right (I misread your post). And that is what I get my Call Center Reporting for also (1K). Also, look for my previous post about installing the RCC successfully, because I didn't have the Sequal Server problem when I just installed it last week.
 
I am running into problems trying to get to the main login page via the browser. The PC the software is loaded on is Windows Small Business Server 2003. So when I put in the IP address 127.0.0.1 I get the login for the Windows Server instead of the Call Center Login. I also tried adding RCC to the end of the IP address but it comes up with internal server error. Any suggestions?
 
Correction to last. I put in the IP address of the Server where I installed the software 10.0.0.200:8088 and get the following error:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

Thanks for the reply. I tried that as well and still get an error so I aborted the installation on Windows 2003 Server as per the instructions it stated it is not a supported system for installing the reporting software. I installed both the Server and Client on the same pc "Windows XP Pro". I am now able to get to a pop up log in screen that asks for user name and password. It is not the webpage login as per the instructions "not sure why". This is a small pop up box when I enter 127.0.0.1 in the browser. So I enter the default user and password "Admin" & "0000" hit return and attempts to log in but the same pop up screen comes up this time with my username plus the password "Admin/****" in the user name field and then "****" in the password field??????

Not sure why this is happening. Any clue? Couple of questions:

1. Were you able to get it to work on one PC or did you end up loading Server on one and client on the other?

2. Do you know the current versions of software for both the server and client? I know my Server is version 1.0 but have to check the client.

3. I can perform the test with the Server ok it goes through and all pass but I don't believe I'm logging on correctly?????????
