I have a client with the CallPilot call center installed. They have a skill set with 300 as the skill set DN. Until yesterday they had a phone at that DN and the calls went to the skill set properly. I understood that you could not have a phone on the same DN as the skill set, however, it was working prior to yesterday. I moved the phone to a different location (which in itself would not change anything) and then copied another phone's programming to that DN. Somehow, after that 'set copy' the phone receives all of the skill sets calls and they are not distributed to agents.
Leaving the phone unplugged causes the call center to work properly with calls going to agents, but when I try to enter an alternative MWI DN it complains that there is already a mailbox at that extension.
My question is, how did it work before yesterday and how can I return it to the state where I can plug in extension 300 and still have calls be received by agents rather than just have extension 300 ring when a call comes in?
Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks!
