I am also having this problem and have a question about the instructions in the article from part one after making the tmp directory and using the first line copy c:\windows\system32\config\system then hitting enter I get 1 file coppied message then I enter next line which reads c:\windows\tmp\system.bak and hit enter I get back bad command or file name what am I not understanding about this I am typing this exactly as shown in the article and have stopped here for now to avoid having files end up all over the place can anyone show an example of how the lines are to be entered Mike
