Busy tone when ext. is busy 1

Hi there!

I'm new with IPO so pls. excuse this extremly trivial question!

I habe a bunch of extensions configured. And all those features, the users demanded work pretty well (eg. forward to receptionist, to voicemail when unavailable etc.etc.)

Except the most simple thing:
some users want no mailbox, no knocking (don't know how this is properly called in englisch), no forward to receiptionist when they are busy on the phone... Just an oldschool-busy-tone for the second incoming caller.

So I have deactivated call-forward when busy, deactivated mailbox and deactivated the feature (in germany something like "knocking on" (under "User XY" -> "Telephony" -> first sub-tab ("Call Settings")).

Still a second incoming call is signalled on the second line-appearance on the phone - no busy tone to the caller...

What's the trick to send out a busy-tone?

Make sure there are only two call appearances - then under User-->Telephony-->Multi-line options make sure Reserve last CA is ticked.
