Hello All,

This is my 1st post on this forum and let me start off by saying that this place is and has been very helpful great job guys!!!

I have created analog (500) and digital (2006, 2008, 2616) phones without any issues. I have never tried building from scratch and new ACD phone using a 2216 phone. I'm asking to be pointed in the right direction for this. I use LD 20 to build my phones, do I use this as well for building an ACD?

Better yet could someone help me by telling my how to build it, I have tried but failed several times.

Thanks in Advanced

Build the ACD in LD 23, and the agents in LD 20. Below is an agent I just built.

the agn or spv goes in class but prints on the in calls key.. 1st you have to have an acd group... ld 23... new acd, that is the number you dial to get to the que... do you have a working acd group that your adding to? just for your bank of knowledge.. you build all sets in ld 10 or 11.. you can link to those via 20 but you and the command list is in 10 for analog and 11 for digital... we all usually ld 20 new 2616, but that does take you to ld 11, stat x x xx x, takes you to ld 32.. only reason you need that is if you need to look up a command.. do not copy or change an acd set... disable it, out it and put it back in, corruption can occur

Johnpoole,
Yes I will be using a working ACD group, I just need to add more to it. Thanks again.

make sure that the maxp x on the group allows adding another set... prt one set and except for key 0 just use the same replies.. except for tdd in class i look at the cls marks that end in a..

key 0 ACD 8048 0 8090.. 8048 is the same on all phones. 8090 is unique, the 0 is clid.. again the agn goes in class. other then that, just like any other digital. with some unique keys (nrd msb).. agents need those for log in and call flow

A footnote...
Once you've built ACD queues, NEVER, NEVER just move them.
If you have to move from one TN to another, either move the wire (Pairs) our OUT and rebuild.

If not, you'll end up corrupting the software.
