I know you can buffer the CDR on the PBX and use OTM or TM to pull it. Is there another product or way to pull the buffered CDR without having to login using PDT?

Do you mean like 3rd party?? Not sure, RSI ( is pretty cheap and awesome, no SDR2000 or other buffer box needed or required.

Not using 3rd party apps, writing apps to retrieve the data in raw format and then brining it into SQL.

We could front end with TM and then pull the data from TM, but we are trying to bypass that since we have over 150 sites and TM is not cheap.
