BSOD Stop code 0xd0

Hi,

any1 encounter this stop code while windows XP is running?
System do not have any error message expect this bsod. unable to locate the faq from ms web site

Just did a system reformat, drivers loadup status unknown.
Did system RAM daig test. all rams reports okay too.

I know no voice, I knew nothing about systems,
i know NUTS on networking, Therefore I dont know anything!

Try Safe Mode (Do you have this problem in Safe Mode?).

Thanks Linney and others,

Due to the fact this System is residing in overseas i was not able to perfrom safe mode as well as verified drivers status. But i would supect driver corruption though.
