reinstalled win 10 and now sound card stopped working 1

You probably need to download the sound card driver from the PC manufacturer (or motherboard manufacturer if it was a custom built computer) and then run the installer. Search by model number on the manufacturer's web site.
Many drivers aren't necessarily included in Windows 10 for sound, network, wifi, etc. etc. You may be missing more than that. Look in Device Manager to see what else is missing.
