Hi,

Our customer has fiscally removed BRI board from Si cabinet, but did not remove from software. We removed all associated ports/extensions to this BRI board, but we still can not remove this BRI board from software (ch circ - command).
We check if there is any data module, trunks, stations associated with it and they are all cleared.

Any idea why we can not remove this board?
