I have 4 IP Office Systems connected via an SCN
2 x IP412 & 2 x IP406v2 all running on Version 4.1
All but 1 of the 412's have their own outside lines .
All are 30 channel Primary connections
From the 412 without any lines I have amended the ? default shortcode to use the SCN VOIP line to one of the other units which all have their respective ? shortcode going out to their individual PRI lines
Problem is everything works fine when I call out via the 2 x IP 406 units.
Calls out via the other IP 412 give me an engaged tone
I have run monitor and the failed calls show the remote 412 receiving my call request displaying an entry on the lines of ' Unable to identify extn Bristol C4 '
Bristol C4 is the extn name of the extn i am making the call on.
As the extn name is only used by the SCN feature to allow calls between systems seems like an SCN problem between only 412's.
PS
Calls from any to any extn on any system works OK.
