Blue Pumpkin Real-Time Interface
Blue Pumpkin Historical Interface

I search Avaya site and only found one doc for Operational Analyst and BP.

i think such documents should be packaged with blue pumpkin software not cms. afaik blue pumpkin uses some custom cms reports to access real-time and historical data, and you can either setup these reports yourself or buy avaya services to do it.
