I have a customer that has employees that don't answer the call if they see a specific caller ID, Personally I would just fire them, however it their business.
Is there a way to have a call stripped of its Caller ID after it comes in?
I want to strip certain phones of seeing the caller ID so they have no choice but to answer it because they don't know who is calling.
Its only on certain phones so we cant just cancel caller ID LOL
