Here is the low down.......We have an agent on a survivable EPN in another site. She says that she hears a beeping when she is on an ACD call, and the caller can hear the beep as well. We have swapped phones, cross connect ports, busied out the phone, and switched headsets, whew.......Any ideas on what this is, or if anyone has heard of this issue. The kicker is we have 10 other agents on the same EPN, same digital board and they are working fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.
