BCMSVu Real Time Text report problem

I am having a problem with real time text reporting using BCMSVu R2.4 Build 314 and Call Manager 3.1.2. I can run 'mon bcms skill xx' from a SAT terminal and get data on the split. Yet, when I try running the same report from BCMSVu there is no data in the report ... no zero's, nothing. Meanwhile, I can run real time text reports on VDN's and split summaries (roll up of the entire group, not individual split member details).

Can anyone help me on this?

Finally found the problem. Change System Parameters Features page 12, "VLidate BCMS/VuStats Login IDs" must equal "y".
