Avaya just installed a pair of juniper J4350 routers between our main site (S8700's running CM 3.0) and an ESS site with an S8500 and G650's. At this point, I have no visibility into the Junipers to determine the status/health of two T-1 WAN links. We have experienced some network outages with the WAN links and I need to be able to login to the Junipers to make sure the links are in service, not taking errors, etc. I do have the login and PW for the routers, but beyond that, I have no clue.

Anyone have basic commands that I can use to check things out without breaking stuff? Or good documentation on the Juniper routers and commands.

thanks
