MICS 6.1 with CP150 Basic Call Center Installed. Is there any indication to tell the agents when they have been logged off? They are using M7310 phones and if one of the agents misses a call it will force log them off but there is no indication they are logged off on the phone. The only way I have found to verify they are logged off is to log into the CP150 via browser and check agent status.
 
Put 2 buttons on the phone (below the display) for Log on/off & Not Ready. If they are logged in, the diamond will light up & if they go into Not Ready mode (unavailable), the diamond will light up.
