I have a MICS 7.0 with PRI. We set up DISA DN to match a DID number. I set up a handfull of COS password using filte 02 and remote pkg01=access to PRI-A(dial"9").
This works like a champ! But the orginal caller ID gets sent across the trunk and it shown. I some cases this but be wanted but in ours it's not.
The major push for the DISA was to have the engineer (off site) to be able to call customers without composmising their cell phone caller id - so that the customer always calls the main office number.
Any ideas?

Mike,
Not sure what cell phone service your engineers have, but im most cell phones these days there is an option to turn caller ID off, permanently or on a per call basis.

At least that way you do not use your office lines as well as the cell phone minutes.

Just an idea.

I should have said engineers. About 20 in total - They also work from home and don't want tech support calls on their dime.
I know the sets have OLI that I can change. Does DISA follow any set programming. It doesn't appear so. If there was a way to send the DISA through a phone with OLI, that would be great. I guess I could set up a phone to be forwarded to 9. And have the engineers type in their COS and then the ext that is forwarded. This I think would send that phones OLI out.
Any thoughts?

Good idea. But F819 ONN blocking isn't supported through Rem Package. The docs only speak of rem page.
