Just getting setup with a new Avaya Ip office 500. We have the callcentre suite installed and I am trying to setup a new wallboard. I have setup most of the required displays but cannot find the 'agent active' or 'agent on a call' display. I know it must be there somewhere but cannot seem to find it. Does anyone know what the display is called in Queue Statistics in CCR Client Wallboard?
