Avaya to Nortel t1

We have an avaya to nortel t1 over a cisco router using a CEM-4te1 module and we cannot get the speech path but the clid works and the phone rings. Any help would be appreciated we have had Nortel second level and avaya second level in the system amd no help.

Check the IP line and make sure allow direct media path is not checked.
