Avaya System Manager unable to create a messaging profile

Hi
When i create a new user, I can't create a messaging profile , i have a message error:

Subscriber "977918" could not be added on Messaging "smeacm1-cmm" and association of subscriber to user "977918@sip.xxx.xxx" failed. Cause of failure: "[LDAP: error code -8323097 - error_string=Partial subscriber name is not unique command line error 'add subscriber blank' admin_package=Voice-Mail error_name=AE_NOTUNQ error_code=25 ]", Please try again.

Somebody knows that ?

sounds like the user already has another mailbox if I read this correctly

Does the person have a common last name like Smith (or have a last name using the same touch tones)?

CMM needs TUI-unique names for the names directory

ACM is new for me, i have just ten users subcribed on the system actually.
So, i don't undesrtand how this user can have another mailbox and his name is unique.
On the Messaging subscriber, this user doesn't exsit.

Unique to the TUI and unique last names are different...

Last names "Cab" and "Bac" would not be TUI-unique. This is because they take the same amount of key presses on the same key on the keypad to get to in a search menu. If you have more advanced VM systems (AAM/MM for example) they allow duplicates because the TUI will list out "For John Smith press 1, for Mark Smithers Press 2, for Abraham Smith press 3". CMM just says "Transferring" and you end up at the unique/only match without confirmation.
