I have 1 name that is not updating on my scheduled import on the Avaya Softconsole. Has anyone heard of such a problem. I've made changes to the station name to see if that helps and no luck. Help!
 
Maybe the phone was in use when you did the import? Might try a BUSY then RELEASE and try to change the name again.
 
I've tried that and it didnt work. I've also tried changing the name and nothing. The updated is done afterhours so it should work with no problems. Any other suggestions?
 
Are you trying to import this from a spreadsheet? Maybe there's an unrecognized character that's stopping the import. Do the other stations update OK?
 
the import is actually scheduled in the master directory. There are no special characters. Its wierd! I cant figure it out.
