We are having issues with our 4625SW Avaya IP phones when in a conference call. The sound quality is poor and the speaker appears to stop working. Has anyone else experienced the same issues or been able to resolve them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is the 4625 even supported on IP Office?

No its not, 4621, 4622, 4625 and 4690 are all currently not supported on IP Office.
