Avaya IP Office - Calling in beeping

Someone calls in and gets attendant, press 4 to transfer
to sales and hear 3 beeps.

anyone know why this is happening ?

I have checked all the settings and cant find it.

Is hands free answer turned on the phone? What model phones do you have. It sounds to me that HFANS is turned on.

its a 5410 model phone.
Hands free ?, ill check.

It can be if you set a button or use a shortcode for it.

when you call internally, phone to phone does it ring one time then go to a hands free annouce state?
