We have an IP office 500 with CCR reporting/Recording installed, We would like to turn on call recording for an selected users Q1. can 3 users record to the same mailbox at the same time? When we tested this, on every recorded call the line crackles. So I went to

Clicked the box saying GSM Silence Suppression
The VCM tab showed
Echo Return (db) 6
Nonlinear Processor Mode Adaptive
NLP comfort Noise -9db
nlp comfort noise celing -30db
This worked but all the other people calls said they was a bad echo on the line. Q2 does somewthing else need to changed?
