A customer has this model of Avaya control unit managing some hundreds phone bookings/day.
We want to integrate with a system to manage this trough AI (so a voicebot).
It's all clear how to create the voicebot, except it's not clear at all on Avaya side how to integrate with Azure Speech to Text real-time service.
Azure provide an endopint like and an API key, as far I understand Avaya is able to forward the call to an IP adress, but from here there is no further understanding about how the integration might work.
Wanted to ask if there is someone with previous experience, or there is some best practice I didn't found searching for.
