Avaya IP Office 1608 vpn phone on Verizon Fios not working

I have an IP Office system with 1608 phones. The phones work great with every ISP except Verizon FIOS (actionet router). I connect a phone at one persons home on Optimum and it works. I take the same phone to a Fios location and it will not work. I am statically assigning the IP. I have added the IP as a DMZ on the router. Any ideas?

It's been noted here before, something to do with the way Verizon Treats the packets, it's their issue but they won't fix it IIRC :-)

Do you know if changing the MTU size can help? Has anyone tried
