I recently started managing the avaya ip 500 (first time ever) when a colleague of mine starts dialing a number for examle 088-55 and stops for 3 seconds it start calling can i increase that time.
thank you, never realised there where telephony option the colleague that used to manage the ip 500 left and said never to touch it. ive searched for a couple of hours on user settings (with the help option) but couldnt find anything untill now
