Avaya Deskphone 1608

I have an Avaya 1608 IP Phone which does not want to boot at one fine morning.
The phone is loaded with the latest firmware.
When it starts I get the msg: boot ha1608ua1_2100.bin
Then I get 3 dots (...)
After reboots and starts again

Can this be resolved???
