I have an old Avaya G3R Definity system with V6 software..I have worked on Avaya products since 1994 and this is the first time I have ever encountered this problem.. The INADS port is not answering.. It appears to pick up but drops the call. I have replaced the maintenance card and checked the Aux cable to make sure it is seated properly. At wits end at this point. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance

INADS port on g3r has internal modem on the tn1648 SYSAM card

tn1648 v4 Sysam - g3r - g3v1 - g3v11 - internal modem max baud 1200
tn1648 v5 Sysam - g3r - g3v1 - g3v11 - internal modem max baud 2400
tn1648B Sysam - g3r - g3v1 - g3v11 - internal modem max baud 9600

Duplicated SPE systems should not have mismatched vintages. They will work, but the active SPE will have a max baud
rate based on the vintage of the active SPE tn1648 SYS ACCESS-MAINT board

SPE
01A SYS ACCESS-MAINT TN1648B 000003 u u <-- max 9600 bps
01B SYS ACCESS-MAINT TN1648B 000003 u u <-- max 9600 bps

01A SYS ACCESS-MAINT TN1648 000006 u u <-- max 2400 bps
01B SYS ACCESS-MAINT TN1648 000004 u u <-- max 1200 bps
