Avaya communicator intermittent log outs

Hello. Was wondering if anyone has experience with avaya communicator v6.2.12.20 patch 10
Having issues with work from home where avaya program will intermittently log out and log back in throughout the day. We can make calls and answer but many times throughout day the answer button won’t answer or hang up button won’t hang up. Sometimes you go to make a call and halfway through typing phone # it will start dialing or just not do anything. Seem like it’s delayed. If On a on call it usually will stay connected fine. This was working fine since July up until 2 weeks ago. We have disabled Symantec / bypassed router. We use Cisco any connect vpn. We have uninstalled and reinstalled avaya. All other programs are working fine on pc. Using h.323. Using Jabra usb headset. Tried using with computer mic but same issue happen
IT dept hasn’t been able to figure out yet.
I have enabled diagnostic logging but haven’t been able to locate where it may show dropped connection info. Only 1 person out of 20 is having this issue. Windows 10 laptop
