Hi all.

I have Communicator working fine on some windows PCs and the Presence server is available but on some PCs connected to the same server they report the Presence server to be not available.

Same version of Communicator and certificate but different Windows OS and dot net framework.

Why is this?

Hi,
did you enter a IP address in presence server ? you don't have to.

There is nothing entered on the IP address field for the presence server.
Communicator settings are the same on all PCs that are working and the ones failing the communicator.

hi,
I also have the same problem. Same cloned Windows images and some PCs connect to the Presence server and some other doesn't connect.
I am investigating what could be the cause, but still I don't find the reason.

In case it is useful to you...In my case it was the Proxy Server the one cutting off the presence events.
Some PCs didn't pass through the proxy and some other yes.
The proxy must allow connections to the One-X Portal ip address and port 9443.
Look at the logs of the AC which are in AppData.

Thanks. Well noted.
