Avaya Aura Messaging Speech Recognition

We currently have a customer that has a Parlance Speech Recognition engine so that you speak the users name it will route the call, even if the system has two John Smith's for example, it had a tie breaker built in. Our new customer wants to replace this system with the Aura Messaging Speech recognition, the problem is how would it handle two users with the same exact 1st and last names. Any help would be most appreciated and I have also researched this but install docs do not cover this topic,Thanks so much!
 
Sorry they have a CM 6.3 system with Aura Messaging
