Avaya and RingCentral

Anyone have thoughts or knowledge about the ringcenteral / avaya partnership? It doesn't make sense to me from an Avaya perspective because RingCentral doesn't use their own UCaaS platforms. They use Zoom and glip which as far as I know are just integrations. Anyone know what it will be for the IPOffice - pricing, features etc?
