Avaya 911 Alerting via Mobile Device

Hey guys hoping to consult the experts here to help with a problem we are facing. We have crisis alerting setup within our Avaya system to alert different stations when 911 is dialed. We have been presented with a new challenge though to have a guard alerted when someone dials 911. The problem is the guard is mobile and walks around the facility. Any way to have a cell phone or pager alerted that he can carry with him when he is on the move?

Alerting staff to this isn't default behaviour, the ability isn't built in, so what are you using to do the alerting at the moment?

If he has an extension then twin it to his cell phone number

We are just using the Avaya crisis alerting which is built into the CM. Short details are here.

We cant just attach it to the station using a feature like EC500 because the station doesn't actually ring. So even if you tie the cell phone to the station the cell phone doesnt get any message.
