Has anyone used this phone on an IP500. This has been purchased by our customer without consulting us!!!!.Our reseller says we require a third party end point license but there is no guarante it will work. So he buys his own phone I can sell him a license & Avaya say it might work???

It does not work and never will work.
You need an IP6000 or IP7000 and the third party ip end point license.

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
