Avaya 3720 - Subscribe Failed - Replacement

Hi All,

I am replacing a faulty 3720 with a new handset (same model). I have updated the IPEI code on IP Office which has replicated to the IP-DECT Base Station. When attempting to subscribe the phone after inputting the PARK number and AC code it asks us if we want protection on or off. We have tried both on and off and the phone fails to subscribe.

Am I missing something?

Turn out I did miss something. I needed to click "CLick here to subscribe this handset within 2 minutes" from the user section on IP-DECT Base Station. All sorted.
