Avaya 3641 - Not hearing the PAGE all messages

this avaya 3641 is also part of the page all and also the hunt group. but we cannot hear the paging messages on this phone when they page. what do i need to look for?

I don't think 3600 phones support auto-anaswer, so they can't be paged.

Try using a Dial Direct short code. If the phone rings rather than auto-connecting then you have your answer.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
