Anybody worked on Avaya 3631 wireless phones. Need an urgent help to understand , what should be the LED indication on the desktop charger (RED or Green) when the phone is getting charged.

Issue: the phone gets switched Off intermittently.

The LED indication on the desktop Charger id "RED" when the PHONE is Charging and "GREEN" when it is completely charged.
