avaya 1416 handset locked

You unlock the handset from the features menu of the handset.
If you do not have the user log in you need to access the config to change it or modify it through web manager.
You can access web manager by browsing to the IP address of the system. You will need the 'Administrator' password.
There is not point browsing to Self Administration because you do not have your password.
Also may I suggest you try your extension number as a password.
