Hello,
I have two Avaya IP Office Managers 500 one in the Main Office and one in another Branch Office,they are connected through VPN and normal calls between extensions between two offices are available,
Is there a way to forward all calls in the branch office to the autoattendant in the Main office without going to any phone of the branch office and create a new autoattendant by using *8101? can we upload any donwloaded voice message through autoattendant without recording it?
