Autoattendant Remote Branch Forward Calls

Hello,

I have two Avaya IP Office Managers 500 one in the Main Office and one in another Branch Office,they are connected through VPN and normal calls between extensions between two offices are available,

Is there a way to forward all calls in the branch office to the autoattendant in the Main office without going to any phone of the branch office and create a new autoattendant by using *8101? can we upload any donwloaded voice message through autoattendant without recording it?

Embedded Voicemail is not supported in SCN. You can use the central AA though but you will need some short codes to route the calls over the IP trunk.
 
If correctly configured using Centralised VM Pro then simply route the calls at the branch to hte aa in the same way you would if it was a ocal VN
(Incommng call route to VM:<AA Name>)

if you are using Embedded VM on these sites then please refer to a competent installer.



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
