Did i just notice this, or was this a change in R5. I have contact store and when i auto record a conversation it lights up my record button? Is there any way to change this?
because the agents don't need to know that they are recorded if you are not recording 100% of the calls. They are getting it and behave differently when they know when they are recorded and when they are "alone" without big brother on the phone.

I don't know about "fixing" it. You could say that it should have notified all along therefore the fix has been applied. Then again it could go either way.
Of course, if we're going to mess with the agents minds, make it a USER button for themselves, that way they strive to do their best on every call, still thinking its being recorded.
