Auto -in button not working

I can't get the auto-in button to work on a phone for the agent to automatically log in by pressing it.

I looked at another phone where the Auto-in button works and I duplicated the station form. The only difference I noticed is the Auto answer: was on ACD, I changed that and the auto in is still not working, thank you.

Is the user logged in somewhere else?

have you got a headset connected ? if so, is it enabled ?

Since it's working on other phones, try dialing the appropriate FAC directly from the phone. That's really all the auto-in button does anyway. Also, verify the hunt/skill group settings on the agent page and the tenant assignment for that agent and the associated station
