Auto Callback Not Working

Hi,

I have an auto callback button on my phone, but it doesn't work, so what am I missing. I tried using the FAC code as well, but I just get the engaged tone rather than confirmation tone.

Any ideas. Such a simple function, but I'm obviously missing something here!!!

Are you pressing the auto callback button at the time the line is ringing busy or ringing no answer? If you do then you will get the confirmation tone and your button will be lit.
 
yip, that's the problem. I've used this function over the years many times, but when I try it now I just get a continuous tone, i.e. it's not working.

CM software version?
There are several bugs on 5.1 and 5.2 with that.

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"
