Auto attendant not working

Hi,

I ve an IPoffice 500 vesrion 5.0.26 with manager version 7.0 and i 've configured 2 AA's i ve also set the incoming call route to these two AA's but when i am calling these 2 numbers i am not getting the AA prompt.

Is there anything else i need to do ?

You say you have done this and that, but not exactly what you did for this and that.

Without knowing what you actually programmed, recorded etc it is extremely hard to advise what to look at.
