audix voice mail

Some, not all stations, when going into Audix voice mail require the caller to re-enter the extension of the person they called. When compairing settings of two stations, one which goes directly into voicemail, and the other requiring the caller to re-enter the extension, I see no difference. What could be the problem? I would rather the caller not have to re-enter the extension they have already dialed.
 
This sounds like an integration problem. This is usually something to do with the name field whether it has a character there that the Audix doesn't like or the name filed on the definity and the Audix name doesn't match. In any case run all the Audits on the Audix to see if this resolves the problem.
 
Names are exactly the same on the Switch vs. Audix sides.
