Audix POP3 Integration

Hi there. I have just setup an Intuity LX where the customer wanted to use Outlook to connect and retrieve VM. I have enabled POP 3 in Audix and setup the outlook account. Now this works fine on my pc in my office but for some reason in this case although POP 3 is enabled when outlook tries to connect it is unable to authenticate and just keeps on throwing up the input box for password with the password field highlighted, so it is reaching the Audix server but for some reason cannot do anything when it gets there. Is there anyone who could outline what exactly I need to setup besides enabling the pop3 field in Audix. No matted what I have tried so far I cant get any account to authenticate when it tried to access Audix. Thanks in advance for your help.
